Data Centre: |
We hired a data centre in US. We are in agreement with 3 North American
companies for sharing keeping our resources at one place. Sharing of
resources means sharing of location, power supply, backup power supply.
We do not share network and servers. This helps us to give high uptime,
fast network and cost effective solutions. We interact with that
physical data centre using virtual data centre concept.
We do not hire
servers. We are not resellers. |

Location Options: |
All our servers are located in our US data centre. |

Server Connections: |
We use 1000 Mbps connection. |
|
Server Backups: |
All servers are backed up on weekly basis. |
|
Service Monitoring: |
Our all servers are monitored using "NAGIOS" system. This is currently
monitored for every 2 mins. This NAGIOS is not installed our system. It
is installed on external system. |

Control panel: |
We use mainly branded control panels. We are currently using Helm 4
control panel. |

Server Load Monitoring |
Load Monitoring Robot logs server load every minute. If server load is
found to be higher than accepted level, responsible service is
terminated and email alerts are sent to Customer Support Team for
further investigation. |
Process Monitoring
|
Process Monitoring Robot monitors & logs all running processes every
minute. If robot notices any process which is utilizing more resources
than the accepted threshold or process is found to be malfunctioning,
they are immediately terminated. In case of such events, email alerts
are sent to Customer Support Team for further investigation. Live-Alert
robots are capable of restarting or terminating any process required for
smooth functionality of servers.
Our system also generates real time report which are manually reviewed
by our Customer Support Team. |
